Jacqueline was born and raised in Vancouver. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria and attended law school at Bond University in Australia.
During her articles, Jacqueline gained experience in both family law and criminal law. Jacqueline appeared in courts throughout the lower mainland as well as assisted clients with their traffic court matters, driving prohibitions and driving suspensions. She worked closely with senior lawyers handling a wide range of family law and criminal matters in both Provincial Court and Supreme Court.
Since her call to the bar, Jacqueline’s practice has been focused on all aspects of family law including parenting arrangements, guardianship disputes, divorce, child support issues, mobility issues, spousal support, and property matters. She has negotiated settlements, marriage, and cohabitation agreements, as well as successfully represented clients at mediations and hearings.
Jacqueline has recently moved to North Vancouver and is very excited to be a part of the team at Jabour Sudeyko Lucky.
