Caitlin attended the University of British Columbia for her commerce degree, before moving to Halifax to study law at Dalhousie University.
She articled at a large, regional law firm in downtown Vancouver, and began practice at a boutique estate litigation and insurance law firm to gain experience in personal law and litigation. She joined Jabour Sudeyko Lucky to practice family law in a small firm environment. She has appeared before judges and masters at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and had experience with mediation procedures.
Caitlin’s practice is primarily family law and estate law. Her experience includes wills variation claims, petitioning the court to interpret a will for the purpose of distribution, notices of dispute, elder abuse and assisting executors in estate administration. Caitlin also assists societies and non-profits with transition and compliance with the new Societies Act, and with issues of board governance.
When not in the office, you can find Caitlin on a bike, skis, or trying to get up a rock face.
